Yes — cats are welcome on every floor, and dogs are accepted on floors 2 and 3. Monthly pet rent is $50 for dogs and $30 for cats, with a $150 refundable deposit and $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Some breed restrictions apply.

What are the move-in costs?

A $50 application fee per adult, a $500 security deposit and a $25 key deposit. At move-in you pay a prorated first month plus the following month’s rent. Deposits may be up to one month’s rent depending on credit history.
